Added the option to toggle between public and private venue addresses

A user suggested adding something for venues that have an 'ask a punk' address. It took me a while to figure out what that should look like. I opted for a toggle that when switched from public to private, swaps the address field for a place where you can add an email or Instagram or whatever, for who you can contact to get the address.

I made a few other changes, and hopefully fixed a couple areas that weren't behaving quite right. Hopefully I didn't break anything and hopefully the new features work. Odds are I messed something up.

A while back I built a chat feature for the site. Not sure if anyone is interested in that, or if we'll ever have enough users to justify a chatroom, but if you want me go live with it let me know. And as always, if there is anything else you'd like to see or anything that you think can be improved on, I'm always interested in hearing your suggestions.
